It does not apply to Personal Information relating to the Company's employees, job applicants, or contingent workers that is collected and processed in an employment context, which is addressed under the Company's separate internal HR privacy notice.

1.3 The Company owns and operates the Arts Alliance Media business, including this Website and all related products, software, services, content, applications, platforms, digital content, documentation and related materials made available by the Company.
