When your cinema is powered by your software, you want to know it's going to be working when you need it. Our experienced software support team is here to help you fix any problems and keep your systems running, so you can keep your customers happy.

When you first contact us, you'll speak to our Technical Service Desk. If your query needs more detailed investigation then the 3rd Line Support team will work with you to replicate issues and offer solutions or workarounds. They are experts in AAM software products and work closely with our in-house development team to progress support tickets.

Alongside all this are our Customer Success Managers, who are dedicated to driving issues to resolution and giving you the best possible experience with AAM software.

Technical Service Desk

Whether by phone or email, our Technical Service Desk is available to help from 7am - 11pm (UK time), 365 days a year

3rd Line Support

Experts in all AAM software, our 3rd Line Support works with you to replicate and resolve issues. Issues that can't be resolved by our Technical Service Desk or 3rd Line are passed to our Software Escalations team, who work closely with AAM developers to fix any problems.
