Arts Alliance Media's Network Operations Centre (NOC) works directly with cinemas and cinema integrators to not only support cinema equipment, but also remotely monitor projectors, servers and more.

Our Technical Service Desk is the first point of contact, and the team is staffed with hardware experts and ex-projectionists, so when you call you know you'll be talking to someone who understands your issues.   

For customers in the UK, our UK Cinema Services team offers packages for proactive maintenance, new installations and field engineering.
