Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in cinema software and services, today announces that it has been selected as a software partner by Shin Kong Cinemas (SKC), a member of the Shin Kong Group (SKG), Taiwan’s leading financial, retail, and entertainment group. AAM’s Screenwriter Theatre Management System (TMS) will provide automated scheduling and content management for every screen in SKC’s estate across Taiwan. The deal marks AAM’s first entry into the Taiwan market.

SKC is planning to expand into more sites rapidly over the next 3 to 5 years. To ensure stable, sustainable growth, one of SKC’s key business initiatives is to automate many of their complex operational tasks to reduce the technical workload on their employees. Investing in the right technology at this stage will make it easier for them to open new sites in the future and allow them to focus on differentiating their customer experience.

Screenwriter is the most powerful, flexible, and widely deployed TMS in the world, and manages tens of millions of screenings every year. It enables site staff to monitor, control, and automate their hardware, content, playback, and KDMs from a single intuitive interface.

Screenwriter’s integration with SKC’s POS system allows for seamless scheduling and immediately reduces the number of manual tasks required of their site staff. SKC will reap these and other scalable benefits during their expansion, as Screenwriter allows for quick on-boarding of new staff, and integrates directly with AAM’s enterprise level software solutions.

Through this powerful integration with AAM’s enterprise TMS, Producer, exhibitors can be confident that when they achieve their growth targets, the software solution to their next set of enterprise challenges will be readily available and fully compatible.

Patrick Foley, CEO of AAM, said “SKC are ambitious, innovative, and devoted to excellent customer service. Over the 15 years that we have dedicated to digital cinema technology, AAM has collected considerable business insights that we are excited to share with them. We are thrilled to support them and all their ambitions by providing a software solution they can rely on as they grow.”
