UK-based film distribution services company Arts Alliance Media (AAM), has signed deals to provide its Newman cinema management system to four new cinemas.
The Renoir, Chelsea Cinema and Richmond Filmhouse (all part of the Curzon group) and the Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley will all use the Newman solution, which manages businesses including booking, online marketing and ticketing.
Curzon already had a deal with AAM for five Curzon screens, and is adding these three cinemas after Curzon acquired them from Artificial Eye earlier this year.
Karen Marshall, managing directors of Curzon Cinemas, said: “We have already seen the advantages of using Newman in our Soho and Mayfair locations, and look forward to having our three newest sites benefit from increased customer profitability and streamlined operations.”
AAM said it is in talks with several other independent cinemas to provide Newman.
